The title company costs that will be associated with the sale of the property and any discounts that you could be entitled to. The title discounts can be larger than my fee. This way you can estimate your financial results before you sell.
- The real estate is placed in the Tucson MLS immediately. Other companes can take days to place a property in the MLS. Most agents do not have authority to place property for sale in the MLS.
- Instant e-mail notification of your new listing to buyers and realtors who have buyers looking for property like yours.

The closing service includes:
- Verification that the purchaser is a qualified buyer
