Before the property is placed in the MLS you will have to provide the following:
- Sign and return a 3 month listing agreement, Residential Input Sheet and Seller Property Disclosure Statement that will be emailed to you
- Make a payment through Paypal. (A payment request will be sent to your email address in the amount of $600.00)
- Email us up to 6 photographs of the property
Once payment is received, you will be loaded into your local MLS and a keysafe will be delivered to you (optional).
