  6. How much extra do I pay for a lockbox and For Sale sign?
  7. How quickly can my lockbox be fixed if there is a problem?
  8. Will you get feedback from agents who have viewed my home?
  9. Will you assist me with all the paperwork?
  10. Will I have to deal directly with Buyers and Buyer's Brokers?
  11. What would you advise me to do if the Buyers asked for large contributions to their closing costs?
  12. Will you notify me if there are problems during the closing process, like insufficient earnest money checks or the Buyers failure to apply/qualify for a loan?
  13. What do I do of the Buyers ask for thousands of dollars in repairs?

We recently had two Sellers switch from another flat fee company because one was not able to get in contact with the agent to change errors in the listing and another's agent refused to deal with an offer on their property within the deadline! Don't let this happen to you!!
