- How quickly can my lockbox be fixed if there is a problem?
- Will you get feedback from agents who have viewed my home?
- Will you assist me with all the paperwork?
- Will I have to deal directly with Buyers and Buyer's Brokers?
- What would you advise me to do if the Buyers asked for large contributions to their closing costs?
- Will you notify me if there are problems during the closing process, like insufficient earnest money checks or the Buyers failure to apply/qualify for a loan?
- What do I do of the Buyers ask for thousands of dollars in repairs?
